Chef Billy King
Chef Billy King is a true culinary genius. He was the first one to introduce neo-classical cuisine in the metro when he launched his first restaurant, Truffles. Further, he was one of the earliest cooks to give the Filipinos a taste of authentic French flavors when he opened Le Soufflé in Manila.
In the early 2000s, he set foot to Baguio to expand his empire. As a man with a vision, he started various restaurants and food services in one of the most famous cities in the country. Up until now, because of his blazing passion and impeccable work ethic, this man remains at the top of his game. Currently, he works as the executive chef of Le Chef at The Manor in Baguio and Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club in Batangas.
