TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entering the competition indicates the entrant’s agreement to these terms and conditions.
2. The competition is open to all guests and non-guests of The Manor from the stipulated time period. Existing employees of the promoter are ineligible to participate. An individual is only allowed to submit one (1) entry in the competition.
3. Mechanics of the competition are provided on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of Camp John Hay.
4. The promotion runs from December 22 – 31, 2019.
5. The decision of the promoter is deemed final. Upon giving verdict, no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The promotion runs from February 12 - March 31, 2020.
7. All applicable taxes shall be covered by the winners.

PRIZE DETAILS

1. The grand winner will be awarded a free accommodation at The Manor for two (2) nights. The date of stay is contingent on the hotel’s availability. The accommodation does not apply on holidays, weekends, and block out dates.
2. The grand price also includes three (3) free set meals for two people at Le Chef, which compromises of breakfast, lunch, and dinner only.
3. The grand winner will also receive a free full body massage in a private room for two people at The Manor Health Spa.
4. Included in the grand prize is a maximum of one free drink per day valid only until duration of stay.
5. Minor prizes include a free breakfast buffet at Le Chef.
6. There is also a consolation prize of a hot beverage of one’s choice at Coffee Stains.
7. Winners will be notified seven (7) days and must respond within the same time frame. Failure to respond will result to the nullification of prizes.
8. Prizes are as stated. They are not transferable nor convertible to cash.
9. Prizes are valid for a year and must be redeemed within the specified time period.
